8 week online meditation training. Weekly 45 min one-on-one sessions where we will study the 4 most researched meditation techniques, combined with breath exercises, check ins and weekly off the cushion activity.

•How to increase awareness: observing life without evaluation = mental clarity

•How to change your outlook- understanding the 4 Noble Truths + The Eight-Fold Path

•Meditation in everyday life, beyond the cushion into the world- 10 ways to cultivate meditation into your daily life
